"Evan made everything easy for me. He was available till late hours if I had any questions and was able to add any music requests in we wanted last minute. He showed up on time and was ready to go. The up lighting he set up in the reception room and on the dance floor was so beautiful and matched my flowers, it really set the mood for the evening. I highly recommend adding lighting if you are considering it. He kept the music flowing and there was always someone out on the dance floor. "Overall great experience.  I contacted Evan to MC/DJ at a semi-formal wedding reception that my Husband and I were hosting. Most of the planning for the event was done only 3 weeks ahead of the even and, in fact I contacted Evan through Thumbtack only about 10 days before my event. He was very easy to work with and super communicative. We had a few back and forth emails where I described my expectations and then on the day of, I briefly explained the order of the afternoon. Everything went off without a glitch. He was so helpful because I hadn't had the time to send him a playlist earlier to prep and on the day of at the event, my cousins and friends gave him a playlist and he played them without any complaints!!
